Rates

Our facilities are generally available throughout the year, seven days a week. Rental hours are 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Sundays. Out of respect for our neighbors, caterers and other event service providers must vacate the property no later than 11:00 p.m. Picturesque photo opportunities abound throughout the property.

Wedding Rates

April – November Rates

Ceremony Only: $850 – 3 hours*; $250 each additional hour or portion thereof.

Rehearsal: $200 – 1 hour, $100 each additional hour or portion thereof.

Ceremony and Reception: $3,600 – 7 hours*, $400 each additional hour or portion thereof.

Reception Only: $2,850 – 6 hours*, $300 for each additional hour or portion thereof. One location: Hollin Hall or Meeting House; includes slate terrace or wisteria arbor.

Garden Chair Rental: $275, up to 150 chairs, including set up and take down.

December – March Rates

Ceremony Only: $800 – 3 hours; $250 each additional hour or portion thereof.

Ceremony and Reception: $2,200 – 7 hours*, $300 each additional hour or portion thereof.

Reception Only: $2,000 – 6 hours*, $300 each additional hour or portion thereof.

*All time allotments must include caterer set up and break-down time.
Additional time charges or $400 per hour apply if time is exceeded.

  • Holidays such as New Year’s Eve, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, add 10%.
  • Renters may use our tables and interior chairs at no extra cost
  • Both facilities are equipped with modern, warming kitchens
  • There is adjacent free parking for 90 vehicles
  • We are fully handicapped accessible
  • We offer a spacious and sun-filled bride’s dressing room
  • Wedding ceremony rentals without receptions generally must conclude by 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays

Security Deposits (fully refundable as long as there are no damages or overtime)

Ceremony Only: $300

Reception Only or Ceremony and Reception: $500 if using a caterer on our preferred list (see Caterers tab above). An additional $500 fee is charged when using a caterer not on our list that is non-refundable.
